Keynotes Speeches

The inaugural keynote speech will approach socio-political dimensions of current urban and environmental issues and will focus on expressions of Right to the city. It will be delivered by Luiz Cesar Queiroz Ribeiro.

The closing conference will address the development of urban policy and management scenarios under uncertainty conditions and will focus on conditions of the interfaces between the production of scientific knowledge and the formulation of public policies. It will be delivered by Gilberto Gallopin.

Keynote speeches will be followed by open discussions with the public, with continued simultaneous translation.
