Five Roundtables will be held.
Four of them correspond to the framework of the Symposium's thematic axes and each will focus upon a reduced set of critical issues, dilemmas and options. Their formulation, transformations and current status will be presented and discussed from different perspectives, viewpoints and experiences by 3-4 panel discussants from Argentina, other Latin American countries and "central" advanced economies. The agenda for the discussion among the panel members - coordinated and directed by Argentine scholars and practitioners - aims to contribute to recognize the borders of current debates and the diversity and range of its contents.
The 5th roundtable will expand on and contrast different visions and meanings of the urban - environmental facts, as they are perceived and expressed from the cultural fields.
